Arriving to negotiate a hostage situation in Washington, D.C., Navy SEAL John Nilson is shocked to see Meg, a love from his past, holding a foreign ambassador hostage at gunpoint. John learns she's been forced into this because terrorists have kidnapped her daughter and threatened to kill her if Meg doesn't assassinate the ambassador.
