A Good Review of Startup Finance with Fantastic Proposals

The bulk of this book is a good review of startup finance, peppered with case studies to illustrate the degree to which the current model is profoundly broken. If you're unfamiliar with startup finance or recent scandals this will be extremely illuminating, but if you already have a good grounding in this space this introduction will be very familiar. The last two chapters, however, are worth the price of admission for everyone, laying out concrete suggestions to improve the state of affairs and contextualizing them within the current US political and legal landscape. Overall, if you're interested in corporate governance or startups this is a great book to pick up. Highly recommend
