When Happily Ever After doesn't come easy...
I guess I needed my heart to get broken some more by Felix and Jenna... They both bring a lot of baggage into their new-found family, and not every problem has automatically disappeared the moment they got married.
Janci Patterson and Megan Walker deal with these issues in a way that feels realistic, but both Jenna and Felix do the best they can under the circumstances, which - after dragging me through a pit of despair or two along the way - left me ultimately hopeful. (Well, this is a romance, so there must be a HFN / HEA. It's the law!)
Also: Have I mentioned how much I adore Ty? (Can't wait to read more about him!)
Still, if you are looking for a light and fluffy read, this here isn't it. (There are other books in this series that will tick …

Still, if you are looking for a light and fluffy read, this here isn't it. (There are other books in this series that will tick that particular box a lot better, "Ready to Rumba," for instance... :) )
One more thing: This is the follow-up to "Everything We Are," and you need a good dose of backstory for both Jenna and Felix to appreciate this story.
