Slice-of-life

I confess I read this twice because I wasn't expecting the pacing/plot to be what it was.

It's very much a space story focused on the characters way more than anything that actually happens - if that makes sense. Once I reread it with that in mind I enjoyed it a lot more.

There's a few moments in it that I absolutely loved and communicated things to me that I ardently knew to be true. It's also a relatively optimistic view into the future of humanity.

I will definitely be continuing this series.
