This book is an interesting and fun read that also tells a story of how a leader-follower model was changed to leader-leader, and empowering people and giving them purpose helped to make an organization not only doing the right thing but also on their own in an efficient manner.
It's astonishing this book talks about something that was done 20 years ago.
